Are there any conditions for customization?

Customization involves several conditions to ensure smooth production:
• Quotation and Confirmation:
Customized products are exclusive to each customer, so all related costs, including quotations, molds, and proofing, must be confirmed before proceeding to avoid disputes. To facilitate accurate pricing, please provide detailed product information, such as samples, color cards, and specifications. The more detailed the initial data, the more precise the quote will be. Any subsequent modifications may affect the price, so it's crucial to have comprehensive information from the start.
• Mold Costs:
- Wheel Molds for Textures: These are typically the most expensive due to their complexity. We recommend using existing textures available in our factory to reduce costs.
- Die-Cut Molds: If a mold of the desired size does not exist, a new one will be required.
- Welding, Ultrasonic, Printing, and Stamping Molds: New molds may be necessary depending on the specific requirements.
- Other Molds: Additional molds may be required based on specific needs.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
The MOQ is influenced by the basic quantities of materials such as stickers, advertising paper, backing paper, elastic bands, clamps, and printing ink. If these materials cannot be fully utilized, additional fees may apply.
• Sample Production:
Proofing is mandatory before mass production and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. During peak seasons, the waiting time may be longer. Similar to the quotation process, providing detailed information during sample production will help ensure that your needs are met accurately. The more detailed the data, the better we can tailor the samples to your requirements.
